When I called Pincentral to determine how quickly you could get an order out, I was quite impressed with the ‘promise’ and even more impressed with your follow-through commitment. I had explained to Jodie that we wanted these hearts for a memorial service for a dear friend who had passed away, and how critical it was for them to ship promptly, so they arrive in time for the service.
