Swyrich Corporation, the parent company of Pinscentral.com, has created this security statement in order to demonstrate our strong commitment to protecting information that you may give us.

We encrypt all of your personal information including, name, address, and credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. This is achieved using 128 bit SSL encryption and digital certificates.

Please note that your browser must support 128 bit encryption in order to purchase products on-line though our secure shopping site. If you do not support this level of encryption, you will get an error message when attempting to order, or view the checkout window. If this error occurs, please download and install on your PC a more recent version of your browser.

Our site has security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of customer information. The information on our site is contained within a secure firewall protected server. We provide a GLOBAL SITE SERVER CERTIFICATE, the highest encryption level for our customers.

We also subscribe to the Verisign NetSureTM service at the $100K level. As stated by the Verisign FAQ, the "NetSure Protection Plan is backed by Lloyd's of London. Lloyd's of London is an A rated insurance company and is the 25th largest insurer in the United States. They have taken a leading edge position toward insuring technology companies and have a strong understanding of the risks inherent to the Internet industry."

We employ the best practices to ensure the integrity of our systems and the safety of your information. We review our security status monthly, and monitor emerging technologies for new advances in security.

If we provide you a password to access a feature of the site, please remember to kept the password secret at all times because it is used to help verify your identity before you are permitted access. If you are unable to provide the correct password, you will not be granted access.

When you login successfully, your web browser will establish a secure SSL connection between your PC and our web servers. This will allow you to communicate with us privately and to conduct online transactions safely. To make sure your browser has a secure connection, check that the security symbol (lock) is displayed in the status bar of your browser. You can also check the web site address, which should start with "https://" rather then "http://".

Our systems are also designed to automatically terminate a secure on-line session if extended inactivity is detected. If your login session terminates you will have to login again.

'Spoofing' Awareness

Caution, there have been cases of unsolicited emails appearing to be from legitimate companies that attempt to trick a person into divulging personal information. In some cases, you are asked for information due to a claim that there is a billing error or account problem. As a precaution, consider the following:

  • Do not provide personal information in response to an email.
  • If the email contains links, check that the address is legitimate.
  • Instead of clicking on links in the email, go to the referred too site directly by typing in the company web address in the browser.

PinsCentral will not ask for your personal information via an email. If you receive an email from us, and you are suspicious of it, contact us immediately.
